Lailani, the manager, was extraordinarily helpful and accommodating, answering all my questions and helping me get set up easily and quickly. She strikes me as a highly motivated and engaged manager, truly taking her responsiblilites seriously, and doing everything in her power to make the facility safe, secure, and pleasant to be in.

Scam artists and charge an insane amount of money. Try to charge you for months even when you cancelled.

1. You bait and switch pricing2. People budget for storage, you shouldn’t raise rates3. You should be able to go to the bathroom4. The “carts” are too heavy5. There should at least be a garbage for paper!6: office help not always there for help or bathroom!
