Contract rate different than billed rate

price went up after 2 months. Then contract was closed by mistakes and reopened and contract went up again.Went from paying $97/month to $157 in only 3 months because someone made a mistake by closing my account.

The staff at 22-25 46th St, Astoria, NY 11105 were excellent. 100% better than the other CubeSmart employees in Astoria locations.

I was never informed that I could prepay for my storage space and therefore keep the price at the amount on that specific time without it going up for the duration of prepayment.

I feel this a scam. You provide an offer on your website. They increase the rent within six months by approx $50. Then it increases again. I tried to move my things into a smaller unit and the fees were even higher than the fees I was going to pay with my annual increase. The people at the storage facility are unable to work with you. If you try and rent a smaller unit online they tell you that’s only a promotion.

It is near by. The facility looks clean. Jeanette, whom we met with, was friendly, knowledgeable and a great help.
