Service is good but price is high

Most of the employees are nice, some have attitudes that are unnecessary. However, there are often leaks from pipes and other storage units. Also there are often issues in the facility, and I have been reprimanded several times when I was sorting and organizing my unit's contents. This is not even when there are any people there, and I am clearly not blocking anyone's path to their unit. They need to allow you to move items and not tell you that other people pay just as much rent when there are no other people around. Also, they do not allow anyone to use the dumpster anymore and that is super frustrating. When I first moved in they did and that would be super helpful for cardboard or basic trash. So now ontop of my rental cost Ihave to pay to have garbage removed. Costs ontop of costs.

Great customer service. Units were clean and area around unit was always clear.

The app worked well and I never had any issues. It is very expensive to rent a unit that is the only downside.

Bate and switch scam that you have in place I didn’t appreciate. It was disgusting two price increases within a 12 month period. Go to hell what did you think you had me over a barrel you didn’t. When I get the opportunity to tell people about my experience with CubeSmart, I will tell them to go somewhere else. Sometimes people are in a dire situation and for you to take advantage of that I’m sorry it’s not good business especially for people that live in your neighborhood, trust me I know a lot of people I’ll spread the word you have a nice day.

The process was easy to reserve a unit. The staff was super helpful and answered all of my questions. They offered free moving service from residential to the storage. The process was smooth and I feel great about my decision to rent from CubeSmart.
