PEOPLE AT THE LOCATION ARE VERY HELPFUL.THE COMPANY ADDRESSED AN ISSUE TO OUR MUTUAL SATISFACTIONIN FACT , I HAVE A SMALLER UNIT RENTED AT THE LOCATION BECAUSE I WAS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING.

The man at the front desk was very rude.

The facility is nice, the people in the office were always friendly and helpful. But the price hikes were horrendous.

The storage industry operates on a bait and switch pricing scheme. Lure the customer in with a low price. Keep it low for the first year, then start to increase the price. Within a few years, the price of my small unit went from $30 to $62. You may excuse yourselves with a "well, everybody does it", but I don't need to accept it. I've gone to a family owned storage unit that has the price locked in.

The increases of monthly payments is excessive.

Monthly cost basically doubled
