Clean, easy to access facility and the person working when I got there was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I have consistently found the staff at this location and the prior location I rented at (33-24 Woodside Ave, Long Island City) to be excellent. I always had great interactions with a friendly and helpful team.The only reason I could not give a higher score is that not knowing when the price would change, and the possibility that my price could be raised by an unconscionable 30% with a month's notice is what drove me out for now, and would make me hesitant to recommend it to other people. I would recommend the service and the team. But I would caution them about the kind of deal they are entering into.

PEOPLE AT THE LOCATION ARE VERY HELPFUL.THE COMPANY ADDRESSED AN ISSUE TO OUR MUTUAL SATISFACTIONIN FACT , I HAVE A SMALLER UNIT RENTED AT THE LOCATION BECAUSE I WAS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING.

The man at the front desk was very rude.

The facility is nice, the people in the office were always friendly and helpful. But the price hikes were horrendous.

The storage industry operates on a bait and switch pricing scheme. Lure the customer in with a low price. Keep it low for the first year, then start to increase the price. Within a few years, the price of my small unit went from $30 to $62. You may excuse yourselves with a "well, everybody does it", but I don't need to accept it. I've gone to a family owned storage unit that has the price locked in.
