staff was amazing

My storage price kept increasing. I decided to go in and remove my stuff to go elsewhere. Only to find out i could’ve had a way cheaper price. Why wasn’t i contacted? We accept the price increasing assuming it’s what you guys need to do not knowing that it could decrease. That should be automatically done as well

The price race is every 4-6 months and is unacceptable

I really enjoyed having my stuff here, I used the storage unit for around a year and felt confident during the whole duration. I wish it were a little easier to have stuff removed from the unit once I was ready to close, but it was still a great experience!
