The storage industry operates on a bait and switch pricing scheme. Lure the customer in with a low price. Keep it low for the first year, then start to increase the price. Within a few years, the price of my small unit went from $30 to $62. You may excuse yourselves with a "well, everybody does it", but I don't need to accept it. I've gone to a family owned storage unit that has the price locked in.

My storage price kept increasing. I decided to go in and remove my stuff to go elsewhere. Only to find out i could’ve had a way cheaper price. Why wasn’t i contacted? We accept the price increasing assuming it’s what you guys need to do not knowing that it could decrease. That should be automatically done as well

The price race is every 4-6 months and is unacceptable
