Probably one of the absolute worst experiences I've had with customer service ever in my life. During a very stressful period of my life I had one of your managers at that location call me a black b**** in which I contacted customer service and I was given the the director Amanda's number contacted her a few times she never contacted me it was literally the worst experience that I have ever had and I will never recommend this company or this location to anyone ever!

The only problem I had is when I needed to use the restroom I was dined access.

My storage was broken into and they were trying to make it seem as if I left unlocked.

My previous unit 3281 was robbed. I moved into a new one because I had to for the time being but the building is not secure and there are people that I believe are living in the units that then break into others. There is not survellance.I would also not recommend because management is incompetent. A few months back my account was charge a $60 late fee when my account had been on autopay for 5 years. No one ever called me back to address. How can I be late on autopay with proven funds in the account. Only using for a few additional months until I secure a better facility in a better part of town.

Storage unit was broken into. No surveillance, I believe people are loving in the units and breaking in at night. The area isn’t secure.

The Atlanta Whitehall Street SW facility is rather nice. Stephany, the associate, was very cordial and very helpful with her assistance. However, I am quite disappointed that CubeSmart does not provide a truck and assistants for moving needs from the facility to a nearby destination in Atlanta.

The rep that was working the front counter to the left when you walked in on Friday afternoon was awesome. She helped educate us and made sure we knew what was needed to provide us with a smooth experience and how to prepare for next summers break from classes as well.

I came to move my things in on sunday at 10am and there was a homeless man sitting on the inside. And of course there are no workers there on Sundays so I was alone with a homeless man.

Its an ok storage I don't see anything wrong with it just yet

When I first arrived to rent the person didn't great me with a hello...instead she said 'What's Up?' When I told her I had reserved a space, she then said the other employee, 'Can you help her, I need to go on my lunch break' even though it was close to 5pm. The person that ended up helping me was nice and thorough. I did call and file a complaint with the 800#. I was told that you take this very seriously and it would be escalated to the district manager. I was also told the district manager would reach out to me but that never happened.
