I did the smart rental and when I opened my storage for the first time it was full of junk. To exasperate matters when I talked to the guy on the assistant management team or what ever they’re called. He said I could’ve came in and saw the unit before renting it when I asked for some sort of compensation/ credit for the inconvenience. I had to pay for the extra time i the movers sat there while it took about 30-40 min to get a new unit. He has to down grad the si end my unit and made it seem like a perk and news getting because the cost was cheaper. It’s literally the prince for a smaller unit !Excuse me!! That’s literally their job to make sure I get a clean unit not mine what a dumb insensitive statement. Also the on site team was nowhere to be found 🙄. I had an emergency and there was no one there to help and the customer support couldn’t even find them and didn’t know where they were. Terrible

The manager was super caring and have great communication. Walked with me to explain everything, not just words but physically showed me everything.She didn’t rush, every customer was treated fairly

The facility is clean and well-kept and would have warranted a 10 except for the rear-access door -- important in a move to that section of the facility -- that remains broken after 1 week. Easy, timely ingress and egress are maximally important in such a business as CubeSmart.

The purchase, rental, management and closure of the unit was a seamless process from start to finish.
