Very easy to reserve a space in a timely mannner.

Did an online reservation, went to store and unit was occupied. Attendant tried to put me in a more expensive unit then told me I would have to still pay difference. Charged $100 with no unit. Requested refund and I’m still waiting on my money. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Confusion over which unit I selected.

So I was quite disappointed by my first initial visit. I reserved my unit online. Paid my deposit first month's rent. My lock fee and all that stuff was assigned a unit number I came in early Saturday morning with the truckload. To start putting stuff into my storage unit. I'm getting my cart, slowed it up and get upstairs to my storage unit. There's a lock in it already. Try to go to the front office. But of course, there was no one there when I first arrived. There was no one in the main office and I don't think the young lady arrived back in there until like my second trip back. Not only that, hey to use the restroom, went to the restroom on the 1st floor the toilet was full of pea, and it's stunk up. The bathroom not only that the toilet was broken at that point. I called customer service to let them know that the unit they assigned me was unavailable. And then also that the manager was not there, and that the toilet was broken. They reassigned me, another unit, got in there, started putting my stuff in there. Like I said on Paul, my second visit, the manager finally arrived. I'm just going to say as a first time renter with you all. I was quite disappointed by my first visit. Number one being a Saturday. And there was no one on-site to assist number two, the condition of the bathroom. I mean, first thing in the morning like that. And the bathroom is clogged up, you know, a manager would definitely be trying to get someone out there to get that taken care of and then like I said, the confusion with my storage unit, the I'm assigning me a unit that was already taken by someone. Luckily, they were able to give me another unit on the same floor at the other end. But, you know, all in all that was my first visit. And I was very disappointed in it.⁸

I did the smart rental and when I opened my storage for the first time it was full of junk. To exasperate matters when I talked to the guy on the assistant management team or what ever they’re called. He said I could’ve came in and saw the unit before renting it when I asked for some sort of compensation/ credit for the inconvenience. I had to pay for the extra time i the movers sat there while it took about 30-40 min to get a new unit. He has to down grad the si end my unit and made it seem like a perk and news getting because the cost was cheaper. It’s literally the prince for a smaller unit !Excuse me!! That’s literally their job to make sure I get a clean unit not mine what a dumb insensitive statement. Also the on site team was nowhere to be found 🙄. I had an emergency and there was no one there to help and the customer support couldn’t even find them and didn’t know where they were. Terrible

Easy to move in and manage my storage through the app
