Need to have avail plenty of dollies, hand trucks, carts every day. There is a need for trash cans and more accessible restrooms.

Staff customer service is below zeroBroken elevator you try to move in our out you have to take the stairs or walk at back door then the elevator has to go down before it can go up yesterday I was so upset I just moved all my stuff why work doing customer service if you hate your job always bad energy from both females and they both lie about anything that seems off or sketchy both no good place is terrible would not go there even it was for freeeee💯

Terrible rodents had infested both of my units was awful had to destroy most of my items was told rodents was not covered with insurance ..items was a small women's boutique awful management was not understanding at all..was there 2yrs never was late with my rrnt

Customer service was great. I accidentally left my storage open and unlocked and the team secured my unit until I arrived.Someone was always in the office if I needed them.

I did not arrive until 2:00 p.m., giving ample time for the unit to be prepared.When I arrived during posted office hours, the front door was locked. A very small “will return in five minutes” sign was posted above eye level and easy to miss. The employee stood at the desk watching me try the door before eventually coming over. When I apologized for not seeing the sign, her response was dismissive and implied that customers simply don’t pay attention.The check-in process continued in the same tone. I was told she hoped my reserved unit was clean, then she left for several minutes to check it. When she returned, she provided a lock and access code but did not return my driver’s license, which I later had to request.The unit was located at the very back of the property with no rear access, which would have made unloading extremely difficult. No cart or dolly was offered. When I asked about one, I was told people don’t return them and that she would “see what she could do,” again requesting my license before eventually providing a cart.During this time, another customer was loudly complaining about rodents and poor customer service, which did not inspire confidence.I also explained that my friend and I were dealing with a serious health concern involving his elderly mother and were understandably stressed. In response, the employee asked, “Is she in the back of the truck?” The truck was a standard pickup with an open bed clearly full of furniture and boxes. The comment was inappropriate, unnecessary, and showed a lack of basic professionalism or empathy.I rarely leave negative reviews and fully understand how challenging customer-facing work can be. However, this experience was unnecessarily stressful, unwelcoming, and disorganized—especially given that everything was prepaid and confirmed many hours in advance. Courtesy, clearer communication, and basic professionalism would have made a significant difference

I have used storage spaces before but none have been like this. The customer service has been unmatched. I feel valued and respected. My needs are met and my concerns are heard.
