The District managers never calls back after several complaints are filed. The elevator system is problematic of emergency first respondents to free the customers. Extremely hot conditions on the 3rd floor during hot months. In my case, no response and or no return contact to the BBB, to resolve the problems. No one never answers numbers left by Cub Smart, to the BBB. Inaccurate information to transfer from one unit to another. I moved timely on 3/1/2026 but was harassed for 3 weeks to pay the monthly bill despite responding to the emails and text messages that I had moved. I had to make a special trip to Cub Smart to the Atlanta Ga. Cascade Rd. location to report a 2nd time I had moved to prevent further harassment. I came really close to filing a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission . I'm appalled! Additionally the price rate rises too much.

I left a 0 because I was misled by employees regarding the condition and maintenance of the unit. I was assured the unit was properly maintained and suitable for storing my belongings, yet my property suffered significant mold damage. When I brought the issue to staff, I was given a difficult time instead of receiving assistance or accountability. I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously, and the situation was handled unprofessionally.
