I had a very seamless experience booking my unit online and I was pleasantly surprised to have the welcome bag in my unit so I can start suiting immediately. I will definitely refer my family & friends.

I reserved a 10X10 and they gave me a unit smaller than a 10X10 then tried to charge me to transfer. After everything got fixed, the AC on the 3rd level do not work. You hear air but it’s hot air it does not work and I know it will damage my props. I that AC on the 3rd level will have to be on per contract it’s a climate controlled storage unit and if it damages my inventory, I will have to file a damage claim which yall are paying for.

Lack of help from the office. Of the 4 times I’ve come me during business hours no one is on site to help. And because you hide the dollys in the office it makes moving things in or out extremely difficult. This is literally the only location where this practice is normalized. I’ve used several here in the city and state as well as Tennessee. It’s a horrible business practice. If the idea is theft prevention maybe put a device that immobilizes the unit out of the building. But that is a basic cost of doing business in the storage industry

Storage was well laid out, friendly staff but price more than doubled since moved in.The final straw was a lockout without notification. I went to the facility to explain I that I lost my wallet and switched my automatic deduction, was charged a late fee and the temporary lockout happened the Next month. It took two visits the facility to properly set up the new automatic deduction.
