Was charged on an empty unit finally let employee know that I was leaving out of the unit. He did not offer me to close it out or anything. I also we also discussed about the lock that I had that I bought from you guys, but he could not take it back my issue is it a direct deposit how come you just can’t direct deposit back in my account due to I have checks pending on that $333. Thank you as far as mailing me a check. I’m no longer live at that address. I’m still waiting for a call back from your for for three days. I still have not received a call from the manager.

Your facility is dirty, the staff is rude, I placed my card on file when I set up my account. I came back in to change it and requested payments be automatically deducted as I travel for work. They did not put it on both accounts charged me lates fees until I was able to come back and add it to the other account. This is so inconvenient.

This place is absolutely terrible. After finalizing rental and receiving paperwork, rental agreements are changed without notice. Fees raised considerably.

The employees at the location where I rented were very helpful, friendly, and provided great service. I only interacted with them a few times but ever you wanted them was really good. Also, the units were in clean and good condition and the price was competitive for the area.
