The employees at the location where I rented were very helpful, friendly, and provided great service. I only interacted with them a few times but ever you wanted them was really good. Also, the units were in clean and good condition and the price was competitive for the area.

I have a concern about the fees that I am being charged. I am paying more for a 5 x 5 than for the 5 x 10 unit that I previous had. After 3 calls,an email and a snail mail letter. This issue has yet to be addressed or resolved.

The facility only has 3 carts available. After 6 PM, 2 of the carts get locked in the office. The 1st day we had no cart to use. The 2nd day we waited over an hour for a cart available.
