Storage was very clean before moving in. I had no problem moving my things in on a day when office hours were closed.

I didn't visit the office often, but the few times I did I had to wait for someone to arrive at the office. Same for when I called in to close my account, no one was there to answer the call. The space has a weird odor, but that's not the company's fault. Overall, no issues. I would rent with CubeSmart again.
