I had an absolutely terrible experience with CubeSmart and had to discard thousands of dollars worth of items due to the fact that I ended up having to deal with a pest infestation due to the negligence of the property and I couldn't receive any compensation for it because the insurance that you required that I carried. The property was also not assistive at all in helping me to resolve this solution although a previous district manager had promised to secure physical labor to help me move to a new unit and never followed through. You all also never responded to multiple emails and requests that I put in to bring the issue to a resolve. It was the worst experience of my life, I am out of thousands of dollars in damages with no recourse, and I've dealt with some of the most unhelpful and rude staff as if I am the one that wronged you all, when I am the one that experienced the harm.

Dirty elevator, cockroaches, spiders and other insects in the units, odors (marijuana) and a refusal to refund at least a portion of the deposit I paid 3 days before to move in. I never moved in!
