I had my things stored there and RODENTS ate thru all of my stuff! The insurance is a SCAM they won’t pay for it.. Imagine storing your things in what supposed to be a good space and return to see everything is chewed up and RAT POOP ALL THRU YOUR STUFF…😡

Rats and cockroaches everywhere. Horrible experience. No customer service. I had to throw out EVERYTHING. I will NEVER recommend CubeSmart and I will post a review warning other customers to NEVER rent there.

Everyone is so great at the location. I had a great experience the staff and being so helpful with my move.

Dorothy was excellent with taking time to be friendly and helpful while I am going through my breast cancer issues and having to do more working instead of resting. I appreciated that.
