I did not close out my unit. The unit next to me has the same number and most likely is being rented out for cash by staff. Eric said it was rented out under a number that doesn’t exist in facility. So that means cube smart doesn’t have a record of it and is not receiving payments. THEREFORE A SCAM IS GOING ON AT THAT FACILITY

The move was horrible. Access to the rollers was limited, taking my crew twice as long to transfer items. The storage price was supposed to be $34 monthly. I was charged twice as much! The front clerk lied when she said, it will be $34 a month.

I've been in your storage for many years. It was unsafe. Our cars has been broken in several times. We didn't visit at night. We can't see inside the storage because the inside light has been blown for years.

The customer service was excellent. Yieldred was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.
