Though my usage of your facility was short term, the service was exceptional professional and storage facility is kept very clean and orderly. Great job tip for the staff that makes this possible. Keep up the great work.

The move was horrible. Access to the rollers was limited, taking my crew twice as long to transfer items. The storage price was supposed to be $34 monthly. I was charged twice as much! The front clerk lied when she said, it will be $34 a month.

I've been in your storage for many years. It was unsafe. Our cars has been broken in several times. We didn't visit at night. We can't see inside the storage because the inside light has been blown for years.

The customer service was excellent. Yieldred was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

Office always closed and facilities dirty and smelly

Cubesmart was a wonderful option as it was close to my home and truly served it's purpose. Fortunately it was time to purge and get rid of things that were no longer needed

1. The day of move in my storage unit was taken, so I had to wait while I have movers on standby (movers are not free)2. Because I was moved to the 2nd floor I was promised a price change I had to chase down the property manager because no one answers phones or emails to actually get the price change3. I was accused of living in my unit and given no forewarning but immediately evicted…I literally work overnight and I have a 2nd job 3pm-11pm so I was NOT living in my unit4. The elevator was always downI have had storage units in the past this was my absolute worst experience
