When I first arrived to rent the person didn't great me with a hello...instead she said 'What's Up?' When I told her I had reserved a space, she then said the other employee, 'Can you help her, I need to go on my lunch break' even though it was close to 5pm. The person that ended up helping me was nice and thorough. I did call and file a complaint with the 800#. I was told that you take this very seriously and it would be escalated to the district manager. I was also told the district manager would reach out to me but that never happened.

Only had my storage for a month for February. I thought that I would need it in March spoke with the young lady in the office to see if my money could be reversed she told me no because I should have came and spoke with them to hold my unit or I could have did a partial payment so I was not able to get my money back for this month so now I had to go through my bank

Great customer service, communication, and understanding. This location makes you feel like family and you belongings are safe because they keep the building secured and also clean. Definitely would recommend.

Rates start off stable them BAM!!! Rates increase look like monthly. Should be on an annual basis. Might as well rent a cheat apartment for storage when it is all said and done! Shane on you to run off long term customers. They should have the best rates.
