Easy process and communication.

My experience at this particular location was horrible. The staff is rude and unprofessional. On top of that, my account was screwed up twice by one of the staff members and there qas no attempt to properly rectify the mistake.

I would highly recommend this Cubesmart storage to anyone! The location and rate is perfect!!

My rental started interestingly, as the first unit was open and had clothes hanging inside. After speaking to the manager, a new lock was placed, and a welcome packet was left. When it came to locking the unit, there was no way to lock it. The sliding door did not have an open slot to insert the lock into. The employee had to assign a new unit.

My first visit I found space unlocked no welcome packet and clothes hanging in space. Sent email to location
