My rental started interestingly, as the first unit was open and had clothes hanging inside. After speaking to the manager, a new lock was placed, and a welcome packet was left. When it came to locking the unit, there was no way to lock it. The sliding door did not have an open slot to insert the lock into. The employee had to assign a new unit.

4 years ago I reserved this unit for $160. When I left, the bill was $385. In 4 years the price more than doubled FOR NO DISCERNIBLE REASON. No additional services, never a person available, homeless people living in the facility. Corporate greed is the only reason for the fleecing of clients. The owner knows it’s too expensive to get movers to shift your unit contents to another competitor so can just charge whatever he wants. It’s a horrible way to do business and I will tell everyone I know not to use CubeSmart.

It really depends on what location you use. CS was real 50/50 at the Whitehall location
