The ceiling in my unit was full of water and burst all over the floor when touched. The left side of the ceiling had a hole with insulation hanging down. The manager knew this and didn't seam to care if my belongings were damaged. What a terrible awful experience!

The representative was friendly, professional, and caring. I'm currently using a Orthopedic boot and can't walk on my foot he picked me up in the golf cart so I didn't have to walk. Very caring
