Staff was helpful and location is easy to access with the exception of 18 wheelers. The only issue I had was how spiders were able to get in the units and the roll up door being slightly off track. Thank you for providing an awesome service that provides safety to my personal belongings!!!!

The ceiling in my unit was full of water and burst all over the floor when touched. The left side of the ceiling had a hole with insulation hanging down. The manager knew this and didn't seam to care if my belongings were damaged. What a terrible awful experience!
