Very easy staff to work with, Anthoney was great and always willing to help or answer any questions.

I also wanted to comment on how helpful Anthony was when I set up my storage unit and when I was ready to close it out. Very helpful!

The access point is not well designed - you can't pull a cart out to your car to load as there is no ramp from the door to the parking lot. Also very difficult to carry something heavy or bulky thru the door to the unit as it doesn't open automatically; it is heavy and you have to hold it open while trying to carry whatever you have in your hands. Very poor design.

The manager was great to work with. He replied to my message promptly, was very professional, and did exactly what I asked to be done. No follow up calls to make sure the account was closed, there would be no additional auto deductions.

The manager there is very nice and works with you if there is ever a problem with something. He isn’t the pushy threatening kind who adds to the stress. He gets a total 10 out of 10 from me. He has patience and understanding and makes sure you have what you need.

The back wall on the storage unit was completely disconnected and this resulted in all my stuff to get dirty, mildew and mold all over it. The storage facility needs to fix this before renting out to another client
