The process was easy, the representative helpful, though she was the only one on duty so it took a bit long. Not her fault. You don't advertise the price for a lock, which you need to buy, or the monthly insurance, unless you have homeowner's insurance. So far so good

There were issues sometimes with one of the exit gates not working. There were also some rows unplowed with snow piles so you had to back up to use another way out. Other than that I was satisfied with experience.
