I had this unit, and still another one with Cubesmart. The facilities are fine, but the rapid price increases would be worth mentioning to anyone considering your storage.Staff is excellent.

You need a longer grace period.also, you sold me the unit with a price and then increased almost immediately. I know this is your right, but it wasn't good business.

Everything was fine, but for some reason the office couldn’t email me information. No idea why. I verified the email, however, never received the email promised. I looked in every folder in my email and it wasn’t there.

The process was easy, the representative helpful, though she was the only one on duty so it took a bit long. Not her fault. You don't advertise the price for a lock, which you need to buy, or the monthly insurance, unless you have homeowner's insurance. So far so good
