I had the unit for over 2 years, I would get upset when tje unit pricess would go up,other then that it was a good experience but I had to get rid of my couch due to mice droppings, I realize these things happen. I would definitely recommend yourcube

Easy to use and accessible. I liked that I could get in at any time with my code. I also liked that the interior units were climate controlled whiched helped protect my belongings.

The property is not well cared does the condition of the driveways is horrible. Plowing is non-existent . I feel flat on my back walking out of my unit. The stairs and the ramp to the office were ice covered. Not acceptable given ewhat we pay.

1) 40% increase in monthly charge 4 months into rental. Bait and switch, 2) non-functional gate, 3) no snowplowing, 4) lighting is non existent at night. Absolutely terrible experience. I feel I should get a refund for the lack of basic service.

Storage facility in a close location to my home. The unit was close to lift access.The lift access was difficult to open on first floor level.. not sure if it was stuck.
