After 1 year it seems that you have raised the storage fee 3 times second year and so on to almost double within 4 years. Very deceptive tactic after people move their belonging into storage units. You should give more incentives for for long term holders with lock in fees if they plan to stay 3 years at a time when they sign up. I will no longer use self storage if I can help it

Price is good

Over time, using Cubesmart got too expensive, especially when there are best prices/deals at other storage facilities. There were no incentives for being a loyal customer for over 7 years. Definitely too many rent raises over the years.
