I was happy with the storage unit and the security, but when I rented the unit in late September 2024, the rate was $122/month. Don’t remember the exact date, but you hit me with a 30% increase to $169 less than a year later and were about to jump to $189. In my opinion, you were taking advantage of me, so I am not likely to recommend you to anyone. Sorry.

Had my stuff in storage for 3 years and the way I bought my stuff in, is the same way it came out. Had no issue with bugs or anything. I didn't care for the extreme price hikes every year and also, every time I went there, the bathrooms ( all of them!) were always gross. Other than that, I had a great experience.
