My experience with CubeSmart have been and is amazing!…. The customer service is very helpful and the storage facility is very convenient to store and access!…. I am still a customer with two units now!…. I only compacted one unit from three units into two!

I only give this score based on the fact that it is hard to open the unit door. It takes a lot of tugging to open it and the door feels almost as if it is stuck in the closed position.
