Customer service is great! It was affordable until the rent went up. I never give a perfect score bc something can always be improved

My experience with CubeSmart have been and is amazing!…. The customer service is very helpful and the storage facility is very convenient to store and access!…. I am still a customer with two units now!…. I only compacted one unit from three units into two!

I only give this score based on the fact that it is hard to open the unit door. It takes a lot of tugging to open it and the door feels almost as if it is stuck in the closed position.
