Upon moving my things out of storage, I found severe water damage to many of my boxes and items. I haven’t gone through everything yet, but I’ve had to throw multiple things away. I’m very sad and disappointed by this as I rented what was suppose to be a climate controlled unit. I emailed the store directly as well as customer service after I found the damage, and have not heard back from anyone.

Very easy and quick to reserve, sign contract. The tour was so joyful and informative! Eleana at the Aurora store was amazing!!!!

Because the storage manager was nice but when I let her know I am moving out she completely change her color
