Despite the unit dimensions being a few inches short of the advertised size, the unit was of exceptional quality with fluid moving steal doors, Sheetrock ceiling and a ceiling light. The personnel were pleasant, helpful and tolerant of my compulsive behavior to tear things apart to see how they work and my bad hearing. The facility looked good in the pictures. Not only did all the driveways have a steep downhill slope, they had a steep sideways slope also. This made it hazardous when it snowed and my carts would take off down the slope running into a wall. This problem was further complicated by a six inch step at the unit entrance necessitating a short ramp to roll things in and out of the unit. There were no rain gutters making it an unpleasant experience where I would get drenched from the roof runoff. The terms "moral hazard" and "asymmetric information" come to mind, where the storage company is insulated from the facility's problems because you are unaware of the extent of the problem when signing the lease. The company's focus on an attractive front office and promotions masks the reality of the poorly designed facility, creating an inefficient and frustrating experience for me.

Storing my property in this facility was a great experience. Staff were friendly and always looking out to make sure pricing and storage were going smoothly. Never had an issue and always kept up with questions or concerns, thank you all
