They had a price increase every year regardless of how long you had been a customer of theirs. Three years ago I was paying less than $100 a mth, 3 yrs later it’s over $130.

Monthly increase in rate without cause.

I was with your storage company for 6 years having moved for out of state, I am on SS and found at first very fair rates, as the years went by I received increase rates more than my SS could handle. I just could not afore your rates any longer.
