The unit was too short.

Overall our experience was great, but in the last couple months someone got into our unit and cut holes into our boxes and removed the tape from others and removed items from the boxes. I don't know how as there were not holes in our unit and our lock was still secure, we can only think someone very slim slipped through the ventilation gaps at the top. This was confirmed by the locations of the boxes that were rummaged through - in the center of our unit at the top. It appears nothing was taken, but still... We didn't discover this until we moved out on Sunday.
