Prices are too volatile.

Clear communication with the staff at the beginning of the rental and end. It was just enough storage for what I needed at a good price point.

The people were very helpful.

The manager at this particular facility is great. She was always very helpful and worked with me when I needed assistance. My one issue was the continual increases in prices. Every six months there was a price increase, and the unit became far too expensive. I was paying almost as much for the unit as I was paying for my home.

Everything was very easy to set up! Next thing I know i had the welcome kit with the keys in it!! And the way you guys set my entry password that was awesome 👌
