I had the pleasure of meeting Amanda when I rented a 5x5 unit in late January '26. Even though I showed up just before closing and was there about until about 8 minutes after closing, Amanda was very accommodating, unhurried and quite gracious.I met Dan around 4/5/26 when I needed to re-rent and, again, Dan was as equally gracious and humbly accepted my apology for keeping him after the closing of the business day.Amanda and Dan are two of the nicest people I've ever met and am glad that we were able to do business together.

Amanda was great. I was in a rush to find a unit and when I called the hotline this man gave me a prize in the unit that was way too big for what I needed and when I called back, Amanda picked up the phone and told me to come right over and she could show me the units. I like how clean and organized the place look and I like also, how Amanda let me know my options and price range and made it very easy for me especially at a time of chaos. I also learned that me and her shared the same birthday. At the moment I thought that I had never met someone else who shared my birthday, but when I left there, I realized that I have one friend who does have the same birthday as us. So she’s my birthday sista from another motha!!! lolAnyways, Amanda should patter herself on the back because I believe in good customer service. And she was excellent and comfortable to be around.
