The unit was clean and easily accessible with the app. No one was bugging me while I loaded or unloaded it.

I had signed up online for the promo, but made a mistake and when I got there they were able to help and set it up better with several options. They gave Great details! I appreciate the great customer service! 😁

I have used them multiple times and would consider using them again. My reason for a lower score is the increase in rent on a almost quarterly basis. I have had this unit for about 4 to 5 years now and recently the rental increase was happening a lot. I started paying like 60 to 80 a month and it has now doubled . I just can't justify 165 dollars a month for such a small space. I understand the need for rent increase but it was happening too much and I just can't afford it anymore.

It's always clean this is the 2nd time I have used Cube Smart.

Don’t like the fact you don’t prorate and issue a refund

I like how easy it is to use your facilities you don’t have to put in code every time you go through a door or something. I like to put my stuff in there and go and not have to worry about a card.
