Price raises I get cause of what happening in the economy but at the same time it’s too expensive thank you for everything

The Cube Smart unit was close and convenient to my location. Unit was clean when I moved in and had no issues accessing the unit. I would recommend Cube Smart to anyone needing extra storage in the area.

The managers are so nice and professional. The whole property is clean and well kept.

The unit was clean and easily accessible with the app. No one was bugging me while I loaded or unloaded it.

I had signed up online for the promo, but made a mistake and when I got there they were able to help and set it up better with several options. They gave Great details! I appreciate the great customer service! 😁

I have used them multiple times and would consider using them again. My reason for a lower score is the increase in rent on a almost quarterly basis. I have had this unit for about 4 to 5 years now and recently the rental increase was happening a lot. I started paying like 60 to 80 a month and it has now doubled . I just can't justify 165 dollars a month for such a small space. I understand the need for rent increase but it was happening too much and I just can't afford it anymore.

It's always clean this is the 2nd time I have used Cube Smart.

Great people...been here for years ..still have another unit here ..highly recommend!...

Don’t like the fact you don’t prorate and issue a refund

I like how easy it is to use your facilities you don’t have to put in code every time you go through a door or something. I like to put my stuff in there and go and not have to worry about a card.
