I’ve had my storage for almost 4 years and never had any issue. Customer service is great, questions always answered promptly. Once I left my storage unlocked and they notified me immediately. Always notified of any changes or maintenance issues and the office staff at the Altura site are the best.

Good location... Amazing staff. The price was decent but didnt like it went up but not sure they made much money with only 40$ a month at the time for a 5x10. Would continue renting with them but moved and now have a 10x10 on site for a better price. All in i would rent from them again.

The facility is super clean and safe because of Sumer, she was attentive to suspicious activity, always professional and courteous but at the same time she doesn't put up with any BS! I felt safe with my property there and will go back if I'm in need of a storage again. I think that the credit for this place being the way it is is because of Sumer.
