Rental process of unit was easy to do, along with ease of closeout. Unit was clean and easily accessible. Price was fair.

After being a long time customer, CubeSmart raised my monthly rate by 38% in one month. That is not in line with other facilities in the area for the price /unit size. This was a move, I believe, to extort money out of a customer you felt had been there so long would not want to deal with the hassle of moving to another facility. It was a poor way to treat a loyal customer.
