As previously mentioned, I reached out to the corporate and a loyal customer for four years approximately and for a $20 late fee that y’all did not want to wave as a courtesy even though my card was on file lost a customer

Office staff acts like they don’t care and that you are a bother when asking a question for something. Rude. Rats in expensive storage unit and when reported was asked if we had food in unit. Had unit for 7 years or more with no issues other than rent increased and not sure for what. Like really high rent increases! Light bulb keep going in and out. Door to building was broke andit was freezing in building. We paid for inside climate controlled unit but it did not seem to work. Security Gate was broke at least a year and anyone had access to go in. Found people inside that did not belong just walking around.
