Hard to get in contact with and I’ve been vacant from unit for almost 3 months. Why is my account still active???

I have not found this location to be very friendly in the past few months. Plus the increase. Although it's a small amount, the percentage is high.

Office staff acts like they don’t care and that you are a bother when asking a question for something. Rude. Rats in expensive storage unit and when reported was asked if we had food in unit. Had unit for 7 years or more with no issues other than rent increased and not sure for what. Like really high rent increases! Light bulb keep going in and out. Door to building was broke andit was freezing in building. We paid for inside climate controlled unit but it did not seem to work. Security Gate was broke at least a year and anyone had access to go in. Found people inside that did not belong just walking around.

All my stuff was intact when I wanted it

The manager doesn’t listen well to what I needed and only gave me the unit SHE wanted to sell and not what I needed for my move.I will never recommended this unit

The lady working with was not very friendly. She was very demanding about the bag in the unit and having turned in before 5. It was 4:30.
