Letty was fabulous! My mom is 89 and wanted to rent a unit. The way that she took extra care of her was amazing. Some people would not take the times out an elderly person. Letty went out of her way to answer her questions and show and show her around. This was world class service in my book!

As previously mentioned, I reached out to the corporate and a loyal customer for four years approximately and for a $20 late fee that y’all did not want to wave as a courtesy even though my card was on file lost a customer

I gave notice that I was evacuating my storage and yet I’m charged $236 for leaving a piece of paper and one broke toy.
