Clean and convenient

Fabulous storage space. Always clean and the assistance I received from the staff when I needed it was outstanding.

We were long-term customers of Cubesmart. Here, within the last year or so, the spots in front of our unit were rented out. This made it difficult to get to our storage.

Unit clean & kept well. Left for over a year & had no issues or concerns

Our unit was broken into and some important items to our family were damaged and stolen.This was in an indoor unit. No video was available to view. O

I loved that I can open the gate with my phone and the office was always helpfull

Overall - great experience. The rate increases are crazy though. Local manager is fantastic. He is definitely a keeper

Because your rent wouldnt stay constant for a full term. The agent told us that college students would only keep the units for a couple of months and that’s why the amount would be raised higher and higher. I am not collage age and didn’t like that I was a penalized for something that I’m not a part of. I had my unit go from 125$ up to 200$ in the time I’ve had the units. So I moved out due to the rates being way too high for a short time.
