I spoke to 2 different managers about the "auto pay convenience fee" of $15 per statement. They both said they would look into it and neither called me back. This was over a month long period of trying to reach out. That on top of the mass increases yearly in fee (2.5 years ago was paying $250, now paying $515), we would not rent from Cubesmart again.

The facility manager is a breath of fresh air. He is extremely helpful, friendly and went out of his way to make sure my otherwise painful moving experience (by others) was smooth at the storage unit. These folks were huge help, and they asked for NOTHING in return. Great guy.

The last month that I had my stuff there I noticed mouse/rat droppings on my boxes.

Most of my baggages, and backpacks had marks/feces of rats/mices. In the boxes there were residues and living cockroaches among my clothing and silverwate. I chose the inside unit to supposedly avoid these time of situations. But it seems its not the case. It had cost me 2 consoles and most of my clothing teared up

The app will tell you that you owe $0 and then you'll be hit with a late fee. Pretty sure it's a built in scam to rack up fees. I don't like it.

My unit got broken into, you don’t have security cameras covering the hallways to catch who did it, and no one cared that it occurred. Not even a monthly Credit was offered because in fact, it did not secure the store my stuff for me.And then you proceeded to raise the price egregiously . So why you’re asking for a survey is beyond me because it’s gotta be pretty fucking obvious what someone would say.

The elevator is always out, the rates went up so much and there were rats in some of the units (so had poo all over our stuff).
