The elevator is always out, the rates went up so much and there were rats in some of the units (so had poo all over our stuff).

The front desk reps Hubi | Jordan & Danay during my time in the storage unit. I had a lot of issues managing payments | access etc. and they were always understanding but prompt in letting me know the status + willing to help where & if could!

The staff was extremely helpful. i reserved a space and then had to cancel a few days later.They refunded my first months rent exculding a small administration fee which is completely fair, since they were not able to rent this particular space while i had it reserved. They answer their phone in the Austin location on East Riverside and are extremely helpful. i would recommend them to anyone looking in that area to give them a call.

Clean and lots of space

There is a major rodent issue. The property manager tried to help, but after 2 months, the problem was not resolved.

Very flexible when reserving a unit. It was held for me past the time they gave me. i was able to complete the rental agreement online which made it easy. The persons who spoke with were gracious and quick to respond.

The unit was fine but I didn’t have access to the cart storage area, which was especially inconvenient because the nearest elevator was out of order for several weeks.
