It strongly appeared that there were several people living in some of the units. It felt very unsafe!

The manager was so friendly and welcoming. He went above and beyond to help us out and I really appreciate this act of kindness.

Terribly disappointed the unit assigned to me was not airconditioned, had no light and there was no dolly available to move my items from the truck to the unit. I went from one Cubesmart location to another and got a completely different experience! I even spoke to the manager prior to my move about security, and he never brought up the fact there was no AC in the "first floor" unit.

Unprofessional manager

It was affordable. The facility was secure and clean. Easy to make an account online.

Tried to get a unit for myself as a normal customer, the supervisor who was there was unprofessional, he was telling the guy on the desk not to give me any discount cuz im a bider , no sense actually, its not my first time renting a unit after wining an online auction, I even told him, so a friend of me can rent a unit on his name, he said no because you are a bider, means no one of my family or friends can rent a unite because im a bider, it just doesn't make sense, and it was my first time having this bad situation.

Expensive

My unit was broken into twice. People are fine. It’s just the area where this Cube Smart was located.

I never had no doubt my things were safe
