I never had issues with break ins...and for the most part this storage building is pretty well cleaned.

Couple reasonsGate was broken for a very very long time, rates go up every 3 months & you should really have a warning on the doors that codes and doors lock at exactly 10pm. I was moving out, had 1 little load left and everything locked. Literally had only 5 minutes left to finish. Then got stuck in your parking lot & storage facility since my codes stopped working. Kept pushing the help button got no response. Called and left a message, NEVER got a call back. Had to spend the night in your parking lot, scared, alone, and it cost me $200 for not having the truck back in time. Up until the night I moved out I was able to overlook the first 2 issues , but once my safety was put at risk I was beyond upset. PUT WARNING SIGNS ON YOUR DOORS about the 10 pm cut off!!! The new storage facility I moved to is 24/7 & before the office people leave they do rounds to let people know the office & restrooms are closing. The call box works for emergencies & the manager actually answers & returns emergency calls.

Everything was smooth and easy. The girl who helped me with all the process was super nice to me but I can't remember her name. She had curly hair. The price was not crazy.

Staff is rarely in office during business hours. Rat poop in units, staff never cleans even once notified. Not willing to work with existing multi unit leasing businesses to retain customers. Turns off entry codes arbitrarily and then doesn’t answer the phone leaving tenants unable to get in units.
