While the service was great and I was satisfied with the protection/storage of my property, I was dissatisfied with the pricing of my unit. I did not like that my unit was more expensive due dynamic pricing at the time of my initial renting of the unit. I also really didn't like fact the pricing of my unit could be raised. While I did sign the document agreeing that a price increase by the facility could happen, it happened within 3 months of me renting the unit. Additionally, the convenience fee was very expensive as well. My unit went from $75 a month to $90 a month after the price hike and convenience fee. I continued with CubeSmart despite the price hikes because I was in a tight spot, but had my situation been more stable I would have cancelled shortly after the increase. While I would recommend CubeSmart to a family member or friend if they were in desperate need, I would not recommend long-term or general usage of the facility due pricing.

the rent increases are too high, not an incentive to stay with your company. Your onsite staff must be short-handed. Often no one in the office. Staff should batch/alternate their away-from-the-desk time. I dropped keys, but not the lock in the dropbox. Put signage in units or building on how to turn in keys & lock as a courtesy to clients who've rented for years. phathaway
