Too many rate increases started at 43 and now it is 86. CubesmRt has lost a customer

Convenient Location Decent rates

After more than 20 years as a customer, I have decided to move out of this facility for multiple reasons.First, there has been an ongoing issue with theft at this location, which has become a significant concern.Second, I attempted to move into a covered space and was quoted a monthly rate of $131. After moving my RV on a Saturday, I spent over 30 minutes on-site while the manager attempted to complete the transfer but kept having billing issues related to taxes. I was told this could be completed later from home so I didn't have to stand around and wait any longer, as I had my dog in the car.When I returned home, I received an email invoice reflecting the $231 monthly charge, and found my account had been deleted, requiring me to return to the facility again to resolve the issue. I want to be clear that I would never have agreed to a $231 rate at this facility. When I raised this concern, I was told that the higher amount had been communicated, which I strongly disagree with.I was then contacted again on Saturday and asked to return to the facility to redo the entire process. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to make multiple trips on my day off to correct billing and administrative issues that didn't involve me. At that point, due to the ongoing confusion and inconvenience, I chose to secure storage at another facility to make life easier and feel better about my RV being stored securely.
