The site manager help was great.When I reserved the unit, with selected 'Climate control' unit. However, somehow the unit was no climate control unit.Not sure if it was my error or the system error.In the meantime, the side manager was able to guide me to the other facility where 'climate control' units were available.

When I needed a storage unit, I had rented online from a competitor and when I showed up to move in, there was no one at the location, no one answered the phone and after about an hour of trying to get a hold of someone to get in my rental, I gave up and went next door to CubeSmart. I got a unit quickly and efficiently and was moved in a hour later. I've since then switched locations twice due to moves and both locations were handled without a hitch. Very smooth operation and someone always answsers the phone and always follows up. Very impressed.
