When I needed a storage unit, I had rented online from a competitor and when I showed up to move in, there was no one at the location, no one answered the phone and after about an hour of trying to get a hold of someone to get in my rental, I gave up and went next door to CubeSmart. I got a unit quickly and efficiently and was moved in a hour later. I've since then switched locations twice due to moves and both locations were handled without a hitch. Very smooth operation and someone always answsers the phone and always follows up. Very impressed.
