Price has increased at least annually. This year was over 15%. You have no cost of tariffs to pass on. I understand you need to make a profit, but I have to believe there’s been no comparable increase to the cost of your lease/land, or your loan, or insurance. I’m sure staff needs a raise but staff is practically nonexistent (and not very helpful) at this location.

Great service and friendly people

My experience was excellent until the prices kept going up and up. According to ChatGPT, the 10x20 climate controlled unit I was renting was averaging about $230 in Austin, yet I was paying about $50 more until the last bill where it went up another $80. Extremely overpriced for a unit outside of town.As far as service and quality of the facility, very good. But after years of renting with an excellent record, I was extremely disappointed with the price gouging that caused my exit.

very secure storage, the only problem was the rate kept going up every 6 months, could not afford it anymore, other than that like I stated very secure and clean storage facility.
