For the first few days since getting a storage unit here, I've had an issue with my access code not giving me access to the elevator. I've had wasted trips due to not being able to access my unit.

I incurred rodent damage to my items in less than 2 months of storage and no longer feel safe keeping my items there.

Rate increases

Tactics which seemed like bait and switch. Small unit advertised at 23.99/mo, found out later about lots of extra fees, and gotta buy a key useless anywhere other than CubeSmart ($20!!), total of about $60 to just move in, then I’m sent a bill for &43.99???
