The manager and staff were excellent. Supper helpful.The only downside there was evidence of a lot of rat activity- droppings, plastic lids chewed. dropping inside cardboard boxes. The manager who I believe has only been there a fe months had not seen any activity but had heard of a rat problem previously. As we have had the lockers for 4 years the activity may have been from years ago.Another reason I did not give a 9 or 10 was your corporate policy of NOT rewarding your loyal customers and continually raising our storage price whilst new customers get a price in my case well under 1/2 the price I was paying.We ended up having to move to new lockers ( thankfully in the same building ) to get a more affordable rate. I will be saving $300 a month!!!! Moving from 200sq ft to 175 sq ft.Again the staff was super heplful ( 10 out of 10) but your corporate policy of raising the rates on existing customers is why I would not recommend Cubesmart ( plus the rats)Feel free to contact me if you need more info512 785 4903creatonges@gmail.com

Service was excellent. Emmili went out of her way for me which was appreciated. People certainly make the difference and she is a good one.

The price of my unit more than doubled over 3 years. It became completely unaffordable. The late fees are huge making it even more difficult to pay. Then the lien fees on top of late fees if I didn't pay quickly enough.

Clean and secure!

While the service was great and I was satisfied with the protection/storage of my property, I was dissatisfied with the pricing of my unit. I did not like that my unit was more expensive due dynamic pricing at the time of my initial renting of the unit. I also really didn't like fact the pricing of my unit could be raised. While I did sign the document agreeing that a price increase by the facility could happen, it happened within 3 months of me renting the unit. Additionally, the convenience fee was very expensive as well. My unit went from $75 a month to $90 a month after the price hike and convenience fee. I continued with CubeSmart despite the price hikes because I was in a tight spot, but had my situation been more stable I would have cancelled shortly after the increase. While I would recommend CubeSmart to a family member or friend if they were in desperate need, I would not recommend long-term or general usage of the facility due pricing.
